The Combination Plate was lavish, but a bit of a let-down for us - in flavor and presentation.

Afterwards we noticed the daily specials on the back of the menu (averaging around $10) - which we’d like to try next time! Our order arrived very quickly, on warmed plates, by a very pleasant server named Jorge. We ordered the Combination Plate (Cheese Enchilada, Tamale, Chicken Taco, Posole, pinto beans & Sopapilla), and the Tortilla soup bowl. Soft golden lights on the walls & Navajo rug hangings added a pleasant ambiance, as did the subtle background music. Once inside, a waitress promptly led us to a cozy window-side booth in a spacious room with many tables. We went here for a late lunch, & spotted this attractive restaurant from the road, with towering “New Mexican” food sign, and colorful hanging flower baskets adorning their patio by the entryway.
